On 12 November 2015, the 1st LMC Foreign Ministers' Meeting was held in Jinghong, Yunnan Province of China. Foreign Ministers of the six countries conducted discussions on the LMC framework, the first Leaders' Meeting, and early harvest projects. They reached important consensus and released the Joint Press Communique of the First Lancang-Mekong Cooperation Foreign Ministers' Meeting.
